Return Policy
I am committed to delivering handmade jewelry of exceptional quality. If your order does not meet your expectations, I will do everything I can to make it right. As soon as your order is placed, I get to work on it immediately to ensure careful and timely delivery. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.
Returns

Timeframe: You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return. Unfortunately, after this 90-day period, I can no longer accept returns or offer exchanges.

Condition & Exceptions: To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition, including all original packaging.
Please note: Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry is excluded from returns and cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Return Costs & Handling Fees: If a return is requested for personal reasons (such as a change of mind, sizing preferences, or buyer's remorse), all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns are processed through our warehouse. For all returns, a €2.00 handling fee will be automatically deducted from the total refunded amount.
How Do You Return?

Submit a request: Send an email to info@sela-stone.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your return.

Receive approval: I will send you a reply with step-by-step instructions and the exact shipping address for our warehouse.

Ship the item: Package the item carefully.
Important note on shipping: Sela Stone is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with track & trace or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds

Assessment: Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected to determine if our return conditions have been met. You will receive an email confirmation stating whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

Processing Time: Upon approval, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (minus the $2 handling fee). Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I will resolve this for you immediately.
Please send an email to info@sela-stone.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, a replacement item will be sent to you free of charge, or you will receive a full refund (without any handling fees).
