At Sela Stone, every order is special — and I treat it with the care and attention it deserves. Each piece of jewelry is handmade with dedication and precision, and I want it to arrive to you just as perfectly as it left my studio.

Processing Time

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for me to carefully prepare your order. This includes final quality checks, secure packaging, and shipping preparation. Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods or promotions.

Shipping Method & Carriers

Orders are shipped via reliable shipping services with track & trace, handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, depending on your location and the most efficient shipping route. All shipments are provided with a tracking code and are handled with care from shipment to delivery.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the following estimated delivery times apply:

  • United States 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier circumstances or weather conditions.

Shipping Costs & Freight Information

  • Free standard shipping applies to all orders.

  • The freight charges cover the packaging, handling, and transport costs of the carrier. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow the journey of your package — from my studio to your front door.

Delays

While I do everything I can to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High volume of orders

  • Peak periods or holidays

  • Carrier delays or customs inspections

Sela Stone is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed over for shipment.
